Process

Initial Consultation

This is a get to know you session where we discuss what you are looking for in a financial planner and/or wealth coach. It’s where we’ll touch on some of your goals in life and find out a little bit about your situation. We’ll be transparent about the fees you can expect for the likely service/s you require, and we’ll provide feedback on whether we can add value to your situation based on any identifiable gaps in your existing situation. From here you can then decide to utilise our services and move to the next step of Information gathering.

Information Gathering

This meeting is where we go through your existing situation with a fine-tooth comb and gather all information relevant to what you are trying to achieve. We’ll help identify goals and what’s most important to you. During this stage there could be more than one meeting and/or phone calls to get a clear understanding of your situation and what you are trying to achieve.

Strategising

This is where we go through your information and identify any gaps that require addressing and come up with the appropriate strategies and if applicable products to fill those gaps. This is effectively the architectural phase of building a strategy that is best suited to achieve your goals.

Presenting

Here we present what is known as a Statement of Advice (SoA) This document will outline your current situation and where we have identified any gaps in your situation and where we communicate the best strategy and/or strategies and investments and/or products that can help fill those gaps and achieve your desired lifestyle and/or financial goals.

Implementation

This effectively the building phase of the advice. This is where we implement the strategies and advice, and any investments associated that were outlined in the SoA.

Reviewing

In this stage we work together to make sure your plan is on track and stays on track. We may also assess and adjust your plan to suit any change in your circumstances or alteration to your goals due to changing priorities. Where you have an investment strategy, this is where we might recommend adjustments based on various factors such as your tolerance to risk and the current and forecast economic cycle or geopolitical situation.
